My mother is absolutely disgusted by some of the music I listen to. Eating Glass is definitely no exception. The first time I heard this band I felt as though I was listening to Hour Of The Wolf after they each injected speedballs. These Canadians have the dirtiest guitar tones, the most muddied down bass riffs, and the thrashiest pissed off vocals in the current scheme of things (well at least they did). The ‘Feed Them To The Vultures’ 7 inch came out in 2008 and is still finding its way on my turntable. Not only is the EP extremely well recorded and is dope as shit, it clocks in right under 12 minutes which makes it tolerable for anxious people like myself.
I mean it sucks that these guys broke up, but if you let that deter you from jamming these 8 songs then you’re pretty lame. The EP is still available through High Anxiety 416 Records and the No Idea distro so you have no reason not to, but then again If you’re really that lame and don’t buy vinyl you can still download it here. Canadian Hardcore, eh…
